Personal Assistant - Mandarin Speaker

This is an Executive Assistant role supporting an executive with daily schedule management, travel coordination, and multilingual communication across Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Manage the executive's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings

Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other activities

Handle communication and correspondence in Mandarin, English, and/or Bahasa Indonesia

Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Coordinate with internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders

Support various administrative and personal matters as required

Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and follow-up of important tasks

Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and communication)

Good command of English and/or Bahasa Indonesia

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

Comfortable coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
