We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive Admin Sales to support our Sales team in managing data, reports, documentation, and daily coordination.
Responsibilities- Handle sales administration, data entry, reports, and documentation.
- Manage and update sales data using Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other departments.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/partners when required.
- Assist the Sales team with daily operational and administrative needs.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written (MUST).
- Proficient in Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems/tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Experience in Sales Admin / Sales Support / Administration is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin and administrative skills are welcome to apply.
