Peran ini memerlukan kemampuan untuk membaca gambar kerja, mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan software estimasi, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim dan klien. Kesiapan untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas di wilayah Jabodetabek juga diperlukan.
