- Menyusun strategi penyelesaian proyek dan melakukan mitigasi terhadap risiko proyek.
- Berkoordinasi dengan owner, konsultan, kontraktor utama, dan stakeholder terkait.
- Mengontrol anggaran proyek, cash flow, progress pekerjaan, serta perubahan pekerjaan (variation order).
- Melakukan evaluasi performa proyek dan menyusun laporan kepada manajemen.
- Memastikan seluruh proyek memenuhi standar teknis, kontrak, dan regulasi yang berlaku.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, atau jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di proyek MEP, dengan minimal 5 tahun sebagai Project Director, Senior Project Manager, atau posisi setara.
- Memiliki pengalaman memimpin proyek MEP bernilai besar (high-rise building, commercial building, industrial, data center, hospital, dll.).
- Memahami manajemen proyek, pengendalian biaya, kontrak, scheduling, dan risk management.
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, serta dokumen kontrak.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, negosiasi, dan pengambilan keputusan yang sangat baik.
