ENS Indonesia bekerja sama dengan klien kami untuk mengelola estimasi biaya proyek konstruksi dan interior, mulai dari perencanaan anggaran hingga pengendalian pengeluaran. Posisi ini mencakup perencanaan RAB, penyusunan BOQ, serta evaluasi VO dan klaim kontraktor.
Anda akan membaca gambar struktur, arsitektur, dan MEP, menguasai standar SNI, serta menggunakan BIM 5D dan software QS seperti CostX, Cubicost, dan AutoCAD/Revit. Posisi ini menuntut akurasi tinggi dan komunikasi lintas tim.
