(Penempatan : Kelapa Dua, Tangerang)
- 1. Membuat RAB. BOQ, dan AHSP, serta membaca dan analisa gambar kerja.
- 2. Membuat analisa harga material dan satuan pekerjaan, menghitung jumlah kebutuhan material, serta update harga satuan bahan dan upah proyek.
- 3. Menghitung volume kebutuhan proyek dan aktual volume pekerjaan proyek, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim desain.
- 1. Lulusan S1 dari jurusan Teknik Sipil, Arsitek, Interior, dan jurusan lainnya yang relevan.
- 2. Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineer, Site Manager, atau Project Manager.
- 3. Mampu membaca gambar kerja, memahami material interior dan harga material, serta mengetahui tahapan pembangunan proyek.
- 4. Mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi Microsoft Office (Excel) serta software seperti Autocad, Microsoft Project, Google SKP, dan sistem MEP dasar.
- 5. Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan komunikasi yang baik, teliti, detail, berpikir kritis, dan time management yang baik.
