We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and strengthen our brands in the beauty industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Product Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the same role.
• Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up). Ability to create mock-ups, layout designs, and VM presentation decks.
• Understanding of materials, printing, fabrication, and how designs translate into physical VM elements.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills, excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration, good project and time management skills, and able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make design decisions quickly.
• Willing to do store checks or vendor visits if needed.
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, with a full WFO working arrangement.

• Lead VM Design Execution:
  Work with the VM Lead, Trade Marketing, and Brand teams to translate campaign objectives into strong VM concepts, layouts, and design assets.
• Team Management:
  Supervise the VM Design Team to ensure high-quality output, smooth workflow, and timely delivery of all design tasks.
• Production Coordination:
  Collaborate with the VM Production Supervisor and vendors to ensure designs are accurately produced and executed.
• Quality Control:
  Review and approve all design materials to ensure consistency with the brand identity across all formats and retail spaces.
• Trend & Competitor Monitoring:
  Stay updated on market trends and competitor visuals to recommend improvements and fresh design ideas.
