Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their Arts & Entertainment department. This role focuses on creating visually appealing graphics for a variety of applications, including marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and branding initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing managers and content creators to translate ideas into impactful visual designs. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration in Tangerang .

The ideal candidate possesses a strong aesthetic sense, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to meet project deadlines.

• Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and project requirements.
• Create concepts, layouts, and final artwork, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Experience with digital design for social media and web is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborating remotely and in-office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
