Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Indicative Order (IO) documents for Amazon transactions.
  • Check and report abnormalities in IO, PR, and PO, such as gated products or incomplete information, to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Create shipments within Amazon Seller Central and print necessary shipping labels.
  • Monitor and request Amazon warehouse capacity, ensuring optimal shipment logistics.
  • Update and maintain Amazon inventory, ensuring accurate product availability.
  • Serve as a customer‑facing representative, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to Amazon account health.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to report any operational issues to Amazon.
  • Standby during weekends or outside normal hours for timely correspondence and problem resolution.
Note
  • This role requires weekend coverage and does not follow a standard Monday–Friday schedule (e.g. Monday and Tuesday off; working days from Wednesday to Sunday. The final schedule will be confirmed based on mutual agreement).
  • This is a remote‑first role. Hybrid work applies only when in‑office presence is required and will be arranged on an as‑needed basis, if possible.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome with relevant internship, freelance, or part‑time experience.
  • Experience in e‑commerce or marketplace operations is preferred (Amazon Seller Central is a plus; Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or similar platforms are also acceptable).
  • Exposure to customer relations or customer support is a plus.
Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify abnormalities and address issues efficiently.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
Attributes
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to be available during weekends or outside standard hours for urgent matters.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all operational tasks.
