Position:
Packaging Designer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Product Design, Visual Communication Design, or equivalent
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Solid Works, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or Packaging Designer in FMCG or Cosmetic Industry
• Strong portfolio in Packaging Design, Branding & Visual Identity, Layout, Typography, Digital Imaging, and Photography (plus point)
• Creative, disciplined, proactive, and able to think outside the box
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Responsibilities

• Innovative Packaging Design: Create impactful and creative cosmetic packaging designs that align with brand identity and creative briefs
• 3D Visualization & Prototyping: Develop high-quality 3D renders or physical mockups to visualize final designs before production
• Visual Concept Development: Build cohesive visual concepts including logos, illustrations, product visuals, and iconography
• Market & Trend Analysis: Research and share insights on global cosmetic packaging trends to support product innovation
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure designs are feasible and executed at the highest quality
