Senior Interior Designer

Overview

Siloam Hospitals Group is looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our Corporate Design & Development team. This role will play a key part in shaping patient-centric, functional, and modern hospital environments across our nationwide network. If you’re passionate about designing meaningful spaces that impact patient care and hospital operations, this role is for you.

• Develop interior design concepts for new hospitals, renovations, and expansion projects.
• Conduct site surveys and translate operational needs into functional space layouts.
• Produce layouts, 3D renders, mood boards, and detailed construction drawings.
• Specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, signage, and lighting.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, and Nursing teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external consultants during execution.
• Monitor on-site construction to ensure work aligns with design standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
• Support design standardization across the Siloam Hospitals network.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail, design sense, and visualization skills.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
