Estimator​/Project Admin

S1 Arsitektur, Interior Design, Civil Engineering.

• Calculate required quantities for civil interior/furniture & MEP works based on layout and 3D models.
• Establish relationships/networks with suppliers/vendors to obtain updated material specifications.
• Coordinate all activities with the team related to the technical tender document.

• Experience as Estimator at least 1 year (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketch Up.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Ability to write & speak in English is preferred.
