Grandwork Interior is a multiple‑award‑winning custom interior fittings firm; its specialties include interior fit‑out works, restoration, and custom‑made furniture for minor and large‑scale projects.

Responsible for ensuring design production targets are fully achieved, including timely SLA delivery and sales targets. Perform site technical visits to customers’ houses to gather complete project scope details, check electrical points, structures, and technical measurements to align drawings with the site. Submit and present designs, conceptualise and create design plans, follow up on changes or revisions, and ensure BOQs are sent out successfully.

Actively follow up with relevant PIC/department to ensure availability of products and materials. Provide mood boards per Dekoruma standard, perform first‑room measurements, and maintain good client relationships to guarantee high satisfaction.

Supervise day‑to‑day operations on interior fit‑out sites (retail or FNB projects). Ensure all work aligns with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, workforce productivity, and material usage. Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean, organised work environment, and coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Resolve on‑site issues efficiently, keep accurate documentation (progress reports, site logs, material records), and provide guidance and mentoring to site teams.

Conduct site surveys across the Jadetabek area, collecting accurate field data—including measurements, layout conditions, utilities, equipment placement, and operational feasibility.

Identify site constraints, defects, or deviations from Astro’s standard layout and prepare survey drawings using Sketch Up and/or CAD tools, ensuring accuracy and alignment with required design standards.

Coordinate with the Design team, stakeholders, and vendors for technical alignment, participate in briefing sessions, support finalisation of survey outputs, and manage multiple hub survey assignments within the agreed timeline.

Collect, process, and analyse relevant data to support business decisions; develop accurate cost estimations for facility investments and improvements.

Prepare and manage CAPEX and OPEX breakdowns and projections, maintain facility‑related data in a structured, accessible manner, recap capacity projection data, track lease timelines, and ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes.

Lead and coordinate the Site Surveyor team’s activities on interior residential projects. Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant data collection, review, and validate survey results, drawings, and technical reports.

Manage area work division, survey scheduling, and progress monitoring; provide coaching and performance evaluation; identify technical risks and propose solutions or escalations.

Coordinate closely with design, project management, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure field data aligns with project requirements; maintain organised documentation, photos, and technical data.

Conduct periodic checks during installation to verify implementation against survey findings and drawings; enforce safety, milestones, and company standards.
