As a growing interior and architecture consultancy expanding its business, the company is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join its team in making a positive impact through design.

• Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion, including developing design proposals, detailed drawings and specifications that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide design recommendations and present solutions that integrate aesthetics, functionality and budget considerations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, review and refine design work, and ensure design quality and consistency across projects.
• Oversee integration of design with technical systems (structural, mechanical, electrical and others).
• Mentor junior designers, manage project timelines and deliverables, and support business growth through participation in client meetings and design reviews.

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience leading complex interior and architectural projects.
• Experience with integration of design concepts with structural, mechanical, electrical and other technical systems to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with relevant design and software development tools or workflows used for documentation, visualization and collaborative design processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects, attention to detail and an ability to merge cultural, modern and technological elements in design.
• Excellent communication, client-facing and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members and work effectively in a collaborative studio environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations and construction practices in Indonesia.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Tangerang and manage multiple projects concurrently.
