Architect / Sr. Architect
As an Architectural Drafter & Documentation Coordinator, you will support the preparation and development of architectural working drawings, manage drawing revisions, and maintain organized project drawing documentation. You will work closely with relevant project teams to ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and aligned with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
Prepare, develop, and revise architectural working drawings from design development through construction and as-built stages.
Translate design concepts and sketches into detailed and feasible drawings for project implementation.
Manage drawing revisions and ensure the latest drawing versions are properly updated and documented.
Maintain organized project drawing documentation, including drawing registers, revision records, and archives based on project and lot/unit.
Coordinate drawing-related requirements and updates with Construction/Civil, Estimator/QS, Cost Control, Administration, and other relevant project teams.
Provide technical input and support improvements in drawing quality and documentation processes.
About you
Minimum D3/S1 in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
Architecture background is preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Drafter, Technical Drafter, or in a similar role.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Familiarity with Sketch Up and/or Revit is an advantage.
Good understanding of architectural working drawings, construction details, and as-built drawings.
Familiar with drawing revision and documentation processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Organized, systematic, and able to manage drawing documentation effectively.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work within project deadlines and adapt to project requirements.
