Mentoring Programs Implementation:
• Implement mentoring programs to ensure students acquire global competencies and proper placement opportunities with industry partners.
• Engage relevant persons and departments to maximize the reach and scope of mentoring programs.
• Conduct mentoring and internship programs in a seamless way between academic and non-academic areas.
• Assist students through all placement processes.

Monitor Students' Academic Performance and Global Mindset Development:
• Monitor students’ academic performance and activity.
• Develop students’ global mindset development.
• Keep track of each student’s growth in terms of global mindset and readiness for study abroad and internship.
• Evaluate, summarize, and follow up findings on students’ performance at least every semester.
• Liaise with Deputy Head and SASC to support students who need academic support.

Provide Counseling Service to Students:
• Provide counseling service to students and their parents.
• Refer students and related counselees to SASC (when necessary).
• Report student consultation sessions monthly to direct supervisor.

Management Support

Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience

Special Skill:
• Basic counseling skills
