As a member of our academic team, you will report to the Head of the Study Program. Your responsibilities include:

• Teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate (S2) students, delivering high‑impact education and personalized support to a diverse student cohort.
• Making independent contributions to research that have a significant impact in your field of expertise and creating a nationally recognised research track record.
• Undertaking independent research in the discipline or related area (as per the norms of the discipline), making an independent contribution through professional practice and expertise.
• Positive engagement with research, community, industry and government to enhance the national standing of the discipline.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Ph.D. from a reputable university, with a related discipline:
  Accounting, Economics, Management, Business, or Computer Engineering.
• A nationally and internationally recognised research reputation underpinned by publications in high‑quality journals such as SINTA and Scopus.
• An excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching, including innovative curriculum design and research supervision.
• Actively staying up to date with discipline knowledge and professional development.
• Actively carrying out the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi.
