Preschool Principal; Branch

We are opening a new branch of our established preschool and are looking for a Principal who is ready to grow a school — not just run one.

This role combines educational leadership, marketing mindset, and community engagement
. If you love meeting parents, telling meaningful stories about education, and seeing a school grow because of your leadership, this role is for you.

• Lead student enrollment from pre-opening stage
• Be the face of the school at open houses, trial classes, and parent meetings
• Communicate our school philosophy clearly and confidently to parents
• Collaborate with the marketing team on online & offline campaigns
• Build relationships with local communities and parent networks
• Recruit, train, and guide teachers as the school grows
• Ensure high academic standards aligned with our approach
• Manage daily school operations
• Has a strong background in early childhood education
• Is comfortable with marketing, enrollment, and public-facing roles
• Enjoys talking to parents and building trust
• Is proactive, resilient, and adaptable
• Has a hands-on, startup mindset
