Circle Time! Preschool & Daycare provides high-quality early childhood care and education (ECCE) in Indonesia, starting with locations in Jabodetabek. Dedicated to fostering joy in children, parents, and educators, Circle Time! implements Montessori, Disney English (a first in Indonesia), and the National curriculum with a strong emphasis on bilingual education (English and Bahasa Indonesia), physical safety, hygiene, and social-emotional learning (SEL).

Guided by early childhood education and caregiving experts from around the world, the institution offers a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 1-6. Circle Time! is expanding and welcomes passionate educators to join its team in Jakarta, Tangerang, and PIK, with more locations underway.

Prioritized Locations for Hiring: Tangerang Green Lake City, Lebak Bulus, PIK, and Cengkareng

Open Roles: We are recruiting for full-time, on-site Teaching Team roles, including Head Teachers, Lead Teachers, and Assistant Teachers.

Team members will be responsible for daily classroom activities, including designing lesson plans, developing curriculum materials, and providing children with a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Educators will encourage creativity, foster bilingual communication, and support children’s social-emotional development, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards and effectively communicating with parents and team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and implement engaging Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with children, parents, and colleagues
• Background in Education and experience with Teaching, particularly early childhood education
• Capability to foster social-emotional learning and bilingual communication (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in early childhood education, teaching, or related fields
• Experience or familiarity with Montessori approaches and/or bilingual education is a plus
