HR Training Technical Skill Senior Officer Responsibilities

Coordinate & execute technical training programs across HQ and Stores.

Deliver and facilitate training sessions aligned with operational standards.

Monitor training implementation to ensure consistency & compliance.

Prepare training materials, tools, and logistics for smooth execution.

Evaluate training quality and ensure competency achievement.

Collaborate with SMEs to enhance technical training content.

Ensure technical skill readiness of employees (new & existing).

Identify issues and drive continuous improvement in training delivery.

Collect feedback and prepare training performance reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in training delivery / technical training / operational training.
• Experience in the retail industry preferred.
• Able to maintain consistency across multiple locations.
• Responsive to challenges and proactive in improving training effectiveness.
• Experienced in facilitating training sessions, coordinating training programs (especially in operational/retail environment).
• Strong skills in training facilitation & communication, coordination & execution, analytical thinking & problem-solving.
• Familiar with training evaluation & competency assessment (basic).
• Training/Facilitation certification is a plus.
