Preschool Teacher

Grow in TAG is a growing learning centre committed to providing meaningful, child-centred education in a nurturing environment. We are looking for passionate educators who believe in fostering children’s independence, curiosity, and lifelong love of learning.

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher who holds a recognised Montessori certification. We welcome applicants from various teaching backgrounds, provided they have completed Montessori training and are passionate about applying Montessori principles in the classroom.

• Recognised Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, MIA, or equivalent) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Montessori environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Tangerang.

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences based on Montessori principles.
• Prepare and maintain an organised Montessori classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s learning and development.
• Foster children’s independence, confidence, and social‑emotional growth.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and school events.
