Ensure excellence and effective student registration administration activities in Student Services Center

Ensure the implementation of thesis defense schedule related to administrative duties

Process effective process of Student’s Study Plan Registration (KRS)

Provide valid and accurate operational data

Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department

Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, academic administration, student services, or a related role.

Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.

Familiarity with academic administration processes, including student registration, study plan registration (KRS), and thesis defense administration, is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and academic information systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and maintain accurate operational data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Demonstrates integrity, accuracy, and commitment to delivering excellent service.

Willing to be placed at BINUS Alam Sutera Campus
