Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Assistant Teacher position based in Tangerang. In this role, you will support Lead Teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons, facilitating classroom activities, and reinforcing foundational concepts like basic mathematics and early literacy.
Daily Responsibilities- Supervise children during structured learning, indoor/outdoor play, and transitions.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Prepare creative learning materials and teaching aids.
- Provide individualized support to students based on their unique learning needs.
- Maintain clear, respectful communication with the teaching team, parents, and families.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere.
- A strong foundation or interest in early childhood education and classroom assistance.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and positive classroom management skills when working with young children.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a preschool or school setting is preferred; enthusiastic fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply.
- A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or formal training in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and align with the school’s curriculum guidelines and policies.
