Training Specialist

Job opportunity for Training Specialist at PT Joyowo Geo Indonesia in KAB. TANGERANG, BANTEN, Indonesia.

• Deliver and assess training programs, including new-hire onboarding, dedicated-team training, on-the-job modules, and capability development. Communicate content clearly, apply effective facilitation techniques, and rapidly convert new business knowledge into practical training so employees can master it.
• Analyze training data, prepare training summaries and effectiveness evaluations, and take ownership of delivery quality. Identify issues from feedback and assessment results, follow them through to closure, and improve employee capability.
• Manage employee role certification and complete certification processes efficiently.
• Develop a strong understanding of current operations; design, develop, and optimize courses and training materials for frontline service staff based on specific business needs, and complete delivery.

• Associate degree or above; science or engineering background preferred for integrated business operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in a training role. Call center or consumer electronics training experience is preferred. Fluent spoken English is required; strong Chinese communication skills are preferred.
• Strong learning ability, logical thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and high adaptability.
• Knowledge of or experience in telecommunications, services, or FMCG is preferred. Mobile phone repair/training or consumer electronics training experience is a plus.
