Pre-School Teacher​/Assistant Teacher

Apple Tree Pre-School is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children and be passionate about creating a safe, happy, and engaging environment where toddlers can learn, explore, and grow.

We are an established preschool with more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, with locations across Indonesia
. We are committed to providing a nurturing learning environment that supports children's development and helps them build confidence, independence, and positive social skills.

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons and activities for toddlers.

Create a warm, nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

Support toddlers' social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development.

Encourage positive behaviour and guide children using appropriate classroom management strategies.

Observe and monitor children's progress and provide appropriate support based on their individual needs.

Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children's progress, needs, and achievements.

Work collaboratively with Teacher Assistants, teachers, and school staff.

Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.

Follow school policies and health and safety procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, Education, or a related field.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Previous teaching experience, preferably with toddlers or preschool-aged children.

Patient, caring, energetic, creative, and responsible.

Able to work well under pressure and manage classroom routines effectively.

Confident in singing and familiar with children's songs and activities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
