Daily Worker Training and Development

Job Description

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs through classroom, online, and blended learning.
• Design learning materials, e-learning content, and training modules.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and training administration.
• Explore and implement learning technologies, including AI tools and Virtual Reality (VR).
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Communication, Creative Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design.
• Experienced in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle.
• Knowledge of online learning instructional design and Virtual Reality (VR) implementation is an advantage.
• Digital-literate with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker (DW) with working hours equivalent to regular staff, Monday–Friday, with 8 working hours per day.
