Service Manager - Heavy Equipment - Tangerang (B-127604)

Our client is an Leasing (Heavy Equipment) company. Currently, they are looking for a Machine Management Manager
.

• Manage and oversee the company’s fleet of machinery / heavy equipment from a technical and operational perspective.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure machines are always in good working condition.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and provide effective technical solutions.
• Monitor and reduce machine downtime and continuously improve maintenance processes.
• Control and manage maintenance costs, spare parts, and technical inventory.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and external service providers.
• Prepare regular reports on machine condition, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to technicians and engineers on site.
• Coordinate closely with operations and management regarding machine availability and requirements.
• Travel and work across multiple sites (Tangerang and Cikarang) using a personal vehicle.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical roles within heavy equipment, machinery rental, or industrial companies.
• Conversational English skill is needed.
• Experience as a Supervisor, Coordinator, or Manager is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, preventive & corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Willing to be mobile between Tangerang and Cikarang using a personal vehicle.
• Able to work independently and make technical decisions.
