Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities for Chiller and AHU products in the industrial sector (manufacturing, factories, industrial facilities, etc.).
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, owners, and end users.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering/technical teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations

• Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and project progress until order confirmation.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and project pipelines in the industrial HVAC market.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, factory, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regular updates to management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales
  , specifically in the industrial segment
  .
• Proven experience in selling Chillers and/or AHUs for industrial applications.
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems
  , basic heat load concepts, and industrial application requirements is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and project visits when required.
• Existing network in industrial customers or contractors is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written);
  Ability to communicate in Mandarin / Chinese is a plus
