Mechanical Electrical Plumbing; MEP Project Manager

Key Responsibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP).
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
• Ability to manage and supervise contractors effectively.
• Capable of preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Understanding of project quality standards, especially in the MEP field.
• Prior experience with MEP contractors on high‑rise building projects such as apartments, office towers, business lofts, hospitals, malls, etc.

• Develop and manage detailed project work schedules.
• Prepare and implement effective manpower planning strategies.
• Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with shop drawings.
• Direct and oversee MEP contractors to achieve project goals.
• Create and monitor S-curves to track project progress.
• Strong understanding of lift, escalator, firefighting, and electronic systems.
