Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Minimum 10–15 years experience in project estimation and resource planning
- Understand project estimation tools and manpower calculation
- Strong analytical and validation skills
- Understand project governance and planning
- Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customer site in Jakarta
- Willing to work full time
- Willing to be hired under PKWT Project Contract for Lintasarta
- Review project effort estimation and resource requirements
- Validate manpower calculation and resource planning
- Analyze project estimation methods and tools
- Provide recommendations for project resource planning
- Support project evaluation from planning and estimation perspective
