Process Improvement Engineer

As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will analyze, design, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency across business functions. Your work will directly contribute to productivity, cost savings, and quality improvement.

• Conduct in‑depth process analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Map and document current and future state processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation of change.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.
• Train and mentor staff on new processes and methodologies.
• Manage and execute process improvement projects from initiation to completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with process modeling software and data analysis tools (highly desirable).
