• Manage Development Schedule, Risk & Issues.
• Ensure product meets Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).
• Manage & execute NPI activity process (DV/PV/Pre‑MP/MP stage).
• Define technical specifications & test criteria.
• Execute Validation & Product approval test (DV/PV/Pre‑MP tests).
• Drive root‑cause analysis and countermeasures for development issue.
• Support certification and approval process.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Ability to read & write engineering specification.
• Understanding of New Product Introduction process (DV/PV/Pre MP).
• Understanding of Validation test (DV/PV/Pre‑MP).
• Has ability to operate 2D & 3D design software (Unix Graphix, Solid Work, Inventor, etc).
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to JOIN ASAP and work in Legok, Tangerang.
