Civil Supervisor

• Supervise and oversee the execution of civil engineering projects on-site to ensure compliance with working drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate the work team (foremen, laborers, and subcontractors)
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with established quality, time, and cost standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Identify and resolve issues that arise on-site
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, the engineering team, and other relevant parties
• Ensure the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocls at the project site

Qualification

Civil Engineering Bachelor Degree or related field

Years of Experience

2 Years Full-time

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor (preferably in civil engineering or building construction projects)
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and read shop drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Word)
• Willing to be stationed at project sites (outside the city if necessary)
