Maintenance Manager; MEP

We are one of premium property company in Indonesia, currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Maintenance Manager with strong expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to oversee building maintenance operations within a premium commercial property environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, safety, and optimal performance of all engineering and maintenance systems, while leading maintenance teams and supporting operational excellence.

• Manage and oversee all maintenance activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Ensure all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, generators, pumps, chillers, and related equipment.
• Monitor daily engineering operations and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors for maintenance projects and repairs.
• Develop maintenance schedules, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and operational procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in building maintenance, engineering, or facility management, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in MEP systems.
• Experience handling commercial buildings, shopping malls, mixed‑use developments, hotels, or high‑rise properties is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance systems and engineering best practices.
• Familiar with building safety standards, fire protection systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
