Project Manager MEP

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Professional Engineer license is a plus)
• Having 15 years of experience managing MEP projects
• Proven track record of handling MEP Projects
• Proficient in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and Project Management software (MS Office, or MS Project)
• Excellent communication, maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Understand that in MEP, a 5cm clearance issue can stall a project for weeks.
• Having Leadership skill for mentor teams

• Direct all MEP site operations, ensuring installation aligns with BIM models and technical specification
• Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower leveling, and the procurement of high-value MEP component
• Proactively identify and resolve "clashes" between MEP services and structural/architectural element
• Manage the MEP budget, track variations, and implement value engineering to optimize project margin
• Enforce rigorous QA/QC protocols and ensure all installations exceed HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standard
