SME Power; Genset Expert

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting for genset-related issues on telco sites.
• Prepare clear, structured, and timely reports for all genset incidents and performance findings.
• Execute end-to-end follow-up with internal teams, vendors, and field engineers to ensure issue resolution until closure.
• Provide recommendations for preventive actions to improve genset reliability and reduce recurring incidents.
• Maintain proper documentation, logs, and escalation notes for audit and operational purposes.

• Understanding of genset components, control panels (AMF/ATS), common failures, and rectification workflow.
• Ability to interpret logs, alarms, and field diagnostics.
• Strong capability in preparing structured reports (incident, root cause, trend analysis).
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Good coordination and follow-up habit to drive issue resolution.
• Able to work in fast-paced operational environments.
