• Responsible for end-to-end management of HSE program, including building structure assessment & review of RAB for structural repairs/reinforcement, HSE inspections & audit compliance, emergency response, HSE in office building, building design from HSE perspective, HIRADC/JSA (e.g. constructions, work at height, electricity and others) in accordance with applicable regulations & policies and procedures.
• Responsible for end-to-end negotiations, contract execution, payment review & monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal units to ensure smooth execution of all transaction processes
• Coordinate with related parties to ensure transactions are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, applicable regulations, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor budgets in accordance with the work plan.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to relevant internal units regarding the HSE program.
• Implement PDCA to achieve effective and efficient work results.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in technical engineering, certified general OSH expert (Ahli K3 Umum), competency certification in the field of structure.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably involving building structure assessment and construction safety management
• Strong knowledge of the HSE program & applicable regulations, including building structure assessment & review of RAB for structural repairs/reinforcement, HSE inspections & audit compliance, emergency response, HSE in office building, building design from HSE perspective, HIRADC/JSA (e.g. constructions, work at height, electricity and others).
• Detail-oriented, diligent, disciplined, eager to learn, able to work under pressure, and able to work well in a team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to perform negotiation, risk analysis and mitigation.
• Experienced in preparing reports and executive-level presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
