Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.30).
- Min. 1-2 years of working experience or internship in the same field.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, industrial automation systems, and Karakuri automation.
- Strong understanding of the LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) process, including jig and fixture fabrication/modification, time study, defect analysis, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) implementation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (blueprints) and perform installation and setup of new machinery.
- Proficient in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or equivalent).
- Willing to be placed in Serpong
- Tangerang.
- Design, manage, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production by minimizing waste, monitoring product quality, and troubleshooting technical issues in the factory.
