Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.00).
- Min. 5-10 years of working experience in the same field.
- Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating, and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) processes.
- Solid understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and CAPEX project management for modification projects.
- Knowledge of product formulation, product design and feasibility testing, including testing and scale-up processes.
- Proficient in technical and engineering design software.
- Willing to be placed in Serpong
- Tangerang.
- Leading corporate innovation by creating new products and developing technologies.
- Improving the efficiency of existing products.
- Bridging scientific research and practical implementation to maintain business competitiveness in the market.
