- Menyusun estimasi biaya pekerjaan Mechanical, Electrical, dan Plumbing (MEP) berdasarkan gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis.
- Menghitung volume pekerjaan serta menyusun Bill of Quantity (BOQ) dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB).
- Melakukan analisis harga satuan pekerjaan, material, tenaga kerja, dan peralatan.
- Meminta, membandingkan, dan mengevaluasi penawaran harga dari supplier dan subkontraktor.
- Menyiapkan dokumen tender, quotation, dan estimasi proyek.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Engineering, Procurement, dan Project terkait kebutuhan estimasi.
- Memberikan rekomendasi value engineering untuk meningkatkan efisiensi biaya proyek.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Sipil, atau jurusan terkait.
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja, shop drawing, dan spesifikasi teknis.
- Menguasai penyusunan BOQ, RAB, dan analisis harga satuan pekerjaan.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan AutoCAD; menguasai software estimasi (misalnya CostX, Plan Swift, atau Bluebeam) menjadi nilai tambah.
