Engineering Support Intern - MagangHub Kemnaker

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and modify machines, production aids, and testing equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and support Tech Innovation initiatives.
• Involve in designing and developing testing equipment based on the requirements of the Tech Innovation team to support product validation and development processes.
• Involve in preparing technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical documentation as references for the fabrication, assembly, and implementation of machines or equipment.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team in the development, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of machines and equipment.
• Assist in all developed machines and equipment function properly, meet safety and quality standards, and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Graduated in 2026 and eligible for Magang Hub program)
• Familiar with Solid Works or other 3D CAD software for machine and equipment design.
• Interest in designing, developing, modifying, or troubleshooting machines, production fixtures, jigs, or testing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and hands-on skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams.
• Portfolio of previous machine, fixture, automation, or equipment design projects is required and should be submitted together with the application.
