Drafter

Responsible for preparing, revising, and maintaining Mechanical drawings and technical documentation in accordance with project specifications, shop drawings, engineering requirements, and applicable standards.

Prepare and revise Mechanical shop drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings based on engineering requirements.

Develop Mechanical drawings for piping, HVAC, equipment, and other Mechanical systems as required by the project.

Review drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate Mechanical drawings with Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.

Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.

Incorporate design changes, site conditions, and technical revisions into drawings.

Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions and approved changes.

Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.

Coordinate with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders regarding drawing requirements.

Support the Engineering/Project team in preparing technical documents and drawing submissions.

Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mechanical Drafter, MEP Drafter, CAD Drafter, or similar position.

Experience in construction, MEP, industrial, oil & gas, building, or engineering projects is preferred.

Proficient in AutoCAD.

Able to read and interpret Mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

Familiar with Mechanical systems such as piping, HVAC, equipment, and related installations.

Understanding of basic construction and Mechanical work methods.

Able to prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Understanding of drawing revision and document control.

Able to coordinate drawings with other disciplines.
