Junior Service Engineer

PT MT Tools Indonesia is looking for a motivated and technically-minded Junior Service Engineer to join our team. We welcome Fresh Graduates, including SMK/STM graduates, who are interested in industrial machinery, CNC machines, automation, and technical service.

Key responsibilities

Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.

Assist senior engineers during machine installation and service visits.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.

Provide technical support to customers and assist with machine operation.

Conduct machine testing and ensure machines are operating according to specifications.

Prepare service reports and document technical activities.

Travel to customer sites when required.

Communicate with overseas machine manufacturers regarding technical issues and solutions.

Continuously learn and develop technical knowledge related to CNC and industrial machinery.

About you

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Minimum SMK/STM or D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or a related field.

Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.

Ability to read technical drawings or electrical diagrams is an advantage.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Willing to learn and work directly with industrial machinery.

Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willing to travel to customer locations when required.

Basic English proficiency is an advantage.

Training and guidance for fresh graduates.

Hands-on experience with CNC machines, fiber laser cutting machines, press brakes, and other industrial machinery.
