- Review MEP designs, load calculations, and equipment specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems throughout the construction process.
- Ensure MEP works comply with applicable engineering standards, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct and support testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Coordinate with Civil and Architectural (AR) teams to ensure effective system routing, equipment placement, and space planning.
- Monitor MEP work progress and validate completed quantities to support vendor billing and payment approval.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical issues, deviations, and potential risks related to MEP works.
- Prepare and maintain MEP-related documentation, including inspection reports, testing records, and progress updates.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MEP, building construction, engineering, or project management. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
- Good understanding of MEP systems, particularly HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Able to read and understand MEP drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
- Familiar with basic load calculations, MEP installation methods, testing and commissioning, and quantity measurement.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with BIM software or other MEP-related tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of relevant MEP standards, building codes, and occupational safety requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to delivering quality work.
