Technical Project

Our company is looking for a Junior Technical Project Staff to join our team. This position is suitable for vocational high school (SMK) graduates, including fresh graduates who are eager to learn and gain hands‑on experience.

The role involves assisting with technical field work and project activities, including electrical installation, CCTV, network/internet installation, and other related technical work. Training and guidance will be provided based on project needs.

Assist in calculating material requirements and work scope

Create material requirement lists and simple cost estimates

Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents

Read work drawings and understand project technical requirements

Coordinate with technicians, foremen, suppliers, and project teams

Search for and compare material prices from suppliers

Monitor field work execution

Ensure work meets project requirements and specifications

Create documentation and work progress reports

Minimum SMK education, preferably in:
Electrical Installation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer and Network Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related engineering fields

Minimum 1 years work experience in projects, installation, technician work, or related technical work

Experience in electrical, CCTV, network, or internet projects is a plus

Able to conduct field surveys

Able to read simple work drawings

Able to calculate material requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

Basic troubleshooting capability

Willing to work and conduct project visits in the Jabodetabek area

Possess Class C driving license;
Class A is a plus

Disciplined, detail-oriented, communicative, responsible, and possess good work integrity

Able to work independently and in teams
