A Mechanical Drafter role focused on creating technical drawings and documentation for mechanical projects.
Key responsibilities
Create 2D/3D mechanical technical drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD/CAD software
Revise drawings and ensure compliance with specifications and technical standards
Coordinate with engineers, production, and related teams in drawing development
Prepare and manage project documents and drawings
About you
Proficiency in AutoCAD;
Solid Works/Inventor skills are an advantage
Understanding of technical drawings, mechanical drawing, and fabrication processes
Attention to detail in reading and creating dimensions and drawing details
Ability to work independently and within a team
Minimum SMK/D3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 1 year experience as a Mechanical Drafter
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Meticulous, disciplined, responsible, and able to work to deadlines
Willing to be placed according to company/project requirements
