Finance, Accounting, Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure smooth operations of finance, accounting, and taxation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Ensure proper bookkeeping and financial recording in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and internal policies.
• Review account reconciliations, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Manage and ensure timely tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and other related taxes).
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors for financial and tax audits.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team for higher performance and efficiency.
• Establish and improve SOPs related to finance, accounting, and tax operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
