Financial Controller; Tax & Accounting

Provide comprehensive financial services, ensure regulatory compliance (PSAK, OJK, Tax, IDX), including insightful reporting, performance analysis, tax planning & management, and enforcing financial control frameworks to ensure compliance and timely reporting for all legal entities.

Tax Planning and Management
Oversee tax audits, execute tax planning, ensure timely reconciliations, and maintain accurate, audit-proof transfer pricing documents.

Review Month-End Closing and Quarterly Bapepam Financials
Ensure proper month-end closing, accurate financial reporting, compliance with Indonesian GAAP, timely delivery to management, and supported account reconciliations.

Set Up Year-End Accounts
Review reconciliations, meet year-end deadlines, and minimize audit surprises by conducting monthly reviews.

Special Projects & System Improvements
Develop group accounting policies and drive process improvements, including automation and simplification.

Manage and Develop the Team
Facilitate coaching, provide guidance, and implement job rotation to enhance team skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Ak certified is a must).

7+ years exposure in tax planning, financial reporting, and compliance with Indonesian GAAP.

Must have a Tax Certification (BKP, Brevet A,B, & C, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP/ERP).

Solid exposure handle Tax.

Experience from public company would be an advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Willing to be place in Tangerang area.
