Tax Assistant Manager

Overseeing the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including income tax, value-added tax, and other relevant tax obligations.

Supervise the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax return (Vat ,Witholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax) for Affiliates and subsidiaries

Review and verify withholding tax certificate (Bukti Potong) from vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance

Reconcile tax accounts and ensure tax balances in the general ledger align with tax filling

Collaborating with the accounting & finance team to ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly and annual tax filling (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan)

Supervising and mentoring the tax team to maintain high standards of work

Monitor changes in local and global tax law and regulations and ensure compliance with the latest requirements

Support the preparation of annual Corporate Income Tax Report (SPT Tahunan) and ensure timely submission to the tax office

Review supporting tax documents and ensure proper tax documentation and filing for audit trails

Assist in transfer pricing documentation and related party transaction compliance as required

Assist in handling tax audit ,refunds,and SP2DK inquiries with the tax Authorities

Support the Finance & Accounting Manager in improving internal tax control processes and mitigating tax risks

Bachelors degree above in Finance , Accounting ,Taxation ,or related fields

Holding Brevet A/B/C or Indonesian Certified Accountant (IAPI) license

Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience and familiar with Indonesian tax laws and e filling systems ( DJP Online/Coretax)

Strong skills in tax reconciliation

Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel ,including the ability to use formula ,Pivot tables ,and data analysis tools

Previous experience using accounting software

Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten
