Tax Assistant Manager

Responsible for overseeing tax compliance and reporting, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax, while ensuring adherence to tax regulations and internal controls.

• Overseeing the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including income tax, value-added tax, and other relevant tax obligations.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax return (Vat ,Witholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax) for Affiliates and subsidiaries
• Review and verify withholding tax certificate (Bukti Potong) from vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance
• Reconcile tax accounts and ensure tax balances in the general ledger align with tax filling
• Collaborating with the accounting & finance team to ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly and annual tax filling (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan)
• Supervising and mentoring the tax team to maintain high standards of work
• Monitor changes in local and global tax law and regulations and ensure compliance with the latest requirements
• Support the preparation of annual Corporate Income Tax Report (SPT Tahunan) and ensure timely submission to the tax office
• Review supporting tax documents and ensure proper tax documentation and filing for audit trails
• Assist in transfer pricing documentation and related party transaction compliance as required
• Assist in handling tax audit ,refunds,and SP2DK inquiries with the tax Authorities
• Support the Finance & Accounting Manager in improving internal tax control processes and mitigating tax risks

• Bachelors degree above in Finance , Accounting ,Taxation ,or related fields
• Holding Brevet A/B/C or Indonesian Certified Accountant (IAPI) license
• Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience and familiar with Indonesian tax laws and e filling systems ( DJP Online/Coretax)
• Strong skills in tax reconciliation
• Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel ,including the ability to use formula ,Pivot tables ,and data analysis tools
• Previous experience using accounting software
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten
